EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL: From olive trees planted in the white soil, irrigated with rainwater, free from pesticides and chemical fertilizers. The olives are carefully harvested and sorted, then cold-pressed to obtain the best quality of olive oil. It is free from any genetically modified elements. The acidity level of the olives is only 0.5%.
